Senior Quality Engineer


Summary:
Develops, implements, and evaluates quality process control systems, procedures and statistical methods to evaluate quality and production capabilities.
Designs or identifies inspection and test equipment to support customer or regulatory agency requirements.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/
Responsibilities:
Establish Statistical Process Control methodology across multiple product lines.
Engage with cross functional teams to ensure quality methodology is executed in new products and processes.
Create and maintain process control plans to ensure process outputs confirm to requirements.
Conduct detection and prevention methodologies such as process error proofing and layered auditing.
Develop supplier quality plans to ensure conforming products are shipped to ADG Develop root cause analysis on non-conforming processes and products and establish corrective actions as necessary.
Support regulatory agency (NIOSH, CE, DCMA, NFPA) process and approvals and act as Company liaison for product submissions and compliance; implement ITAR compliance requirements.
Support Material Review Board meetings to ensure appropriate disposition of NCM or inventory Work with Materials Management to monitor vendor performance.
Determine inspection and testing equipment to support manufacturing and customer requirements.
Conduct and interpret QA compliance audits of products and processes against ISO 9001 and other applicable customer requirements.
Review product and process non-conformance and recommend remedial actions including but not limited to modifications of processes, products or QA standards where warranted.
Support training and employee evaluation process in regard to the QMS is appropriate and effective for preventing nonconforming product and customer complaints.
Administer established calibration and testing program.
Review engineering documentation, contracts, and MIL-STDs for translation into the quality system in support of production.
Communicate with external customers and support RMA process.
REQUIREMENTS:
Required Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related field Minimum 7
years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance Ability to work with cross functional departments Experience in use of quality measurement equipment in manufacturing environment Ability to read technical specifications, engineering drawings, and descriptions as they relate to engineering designs, process flow, manufacturing techniques, and quality standards Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide solutions.
Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks/priorities Required well-developed writing and computation skills Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs Working knowledge of EPICOR, IFS, or other MRP application systems Preferred Six Sigma Ishikawa Lean Manufacturing Principles Vendor Auditing Root cause certifications Program management experience Gauge R&R/ Measurement systems analysis Technical specifications/drawings FDA experience QA/QC Certifications.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
