As a Social Worker Assistant, you will assist residents and families to ensure there is a smooth transition during admission and discharge.
We're excited for you to come and join our accomplished team of medical professionals! Responsibilities Assures the psychosocial needs of the resident are assessed and needs are met Provide families and residents with information about Resident's Rights and Advance Directives Serve as resident and family liaison regarding discharge planning Assist with the admission inquiries and tours in the absence of the Admissions Director Maintain and ensure resident complaints and grievances are resolved Perform various administrative functions such as completing necessary forms and reports.
Requirements Must be a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Maryland Must possess at least 1 year of previous Social Work experience At least 6 months of Long Term Care experience is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
