A full-time W-2 outside sales position.
Your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers.
You are not responsible for generating your own leads, so NO COLD CALLING.
Prior to your first interaction with prospective customers, 75% of the legwork has been done for you.

Deliver interactive sales presentations of products and services to decision makers Participate in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis Team building and mentorship Strategic presentation development
Qualifications:
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Ability to speak publicly with confidence Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Previous in-home sales experience

Responsibilities:
70% - Conduct professional sales presentations with customers.
Complete assessment of customers' needs while at their home.
Prepare for appointments, commute to/from appointments, process sales-related paperwork.
30% - Office based administration including:
inputting work orders, interacting with CRM to organize follow up with potential clients, QC & scheduling of inbound leads, etc.
