Must be available to work during the hours of operation which are 7:
50am to 4:
20pm EST (5) days per week including holidays.
Customer Service Representatives will be able to confer with customers by telephone to provide information and conduct research to resolve questions.
They will verify that appropriate responses were provided to resolve customer inquiries and keep detailed records of customer interactions.
Representatives will be able to use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a public trust security clearance.
Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer support role.
Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
Strong time management and decision-making skills.
