Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
1.
Answering customer inquiries at retail events 2.
Providing accurate information about our products/services, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
3.
Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and processing, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
4.
Resolving customer complaints, concerns, and issues with patience and empathy, striving for first-call resolution.
5.
Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
6.
Collaborating with internal teams to address customer inquiries, escalate complex issues, and ensure swift resolution.
7.
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services and promoting customer loyalty.
8.
Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company updates to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Qualifications:
To succeed in the role of Customer Service Representative at EMG, Inc, you should possess the following
Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
