As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or responses - Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat - Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status inquiries - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Generate sales leads Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Skills:
