Position Objective

The Administrative Assistant works performing an important variety of duties including: answering the phones, greeting visitors, organizing and sorting the mail, sending invoices to all appropriate people and companies.

Responsibilities also include maintaining and providing Contract filing administration and some light bookkeeping.

The Administrative Assistant provides stellar customer service in all interactions whether in face to face meetings or by telephone.

The Office Assistant works in a cooperative, friendly and results oriented manner.


Understanding of Construction paperwork flow

Some billing experience

Must have strong Verbal and Written communication skills

Excellent Computer skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
