The Employment Specialist is responsible for executing the full life cycle recruitment process and onboarding of applicants and new hires. The position also coordinates the internal posting, job bidding, and job appointment process.
Duties include talent acquisition and recruitment activities; full life cycle recruitment; sourcing and developing a talent pipeline of qualified applicants for positions; screening and interviewing applicants; and coordinating and participating in on-boarding activities.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Administration, Bachelors degree preferred
Three (3) years of experience working in a human resource environment
Demonstrated customer service, organizational and project management skills
Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
