Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
First point of contact for internal customers
Handle data transfers between DECO and our customers including referral file uploads, comment downloads, data update reports
Person shall perform account reconciliations utilizing internally developed tools
Basic hardware trouble shooting skills.
Prefer desktop support experience utilizing Windows XP.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Familiarity with helpdesk management tools such as Track-it.
Excellent phone manner and customer service is a must
Answer and documents call/emails/Track-it requests
Perform hardware and software installs
Tier One Support

Job Qualifications:
Familiarity with various VPN tools such as Juniper, and Cisco Checkpoint
Ability to stay on task without a high level of oversight
Experience with desktop support of Microsoft Office Suite
Good organizational skills
Ability to work with a variety of people in off-site locations

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
