Lead IT Project Manager

As a Lead IT Project Manager, you will:
- Ensure that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and services - Articulate and communicate to the team the assignment, project, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion - Monitor and report on the status and progress of work, checking on work in progress and reviewing completed work to see that the supervisor's instructions on work priorities, methods, deadlines and quality have been met - Provide project leadership during planning, design, and execution phases of Information Technology (IT) projects (software engineering, hosting, networking, telecommunications, and others). The work includes team leadership, planning, coordination among project members, and documenting project artifacts You must meet the following requirements within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement. For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility at the GS-12 level in the Federal service or equivalent, which have equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position includes experience performing IT work developing, modifying, or enhancing IT products, services, or systems in order to support the needs of an organization mission, functions, and operations. Examples of such experience for the could include:
- Experience leading an IT project team or a segment of a project in order to maintain quality and mitigate risk; OR - Experience facilitating and authoring schedules, minutes, and action/issue/risk logs for an entire project or a segment of a project; OR - Experience communicating IT related ideas, orally and in writing, to diverse audiences in order to assess needs and explain options; AND In addition to meeting specialized experience, applicants must have IT-related proficiency in each of the four competencies listed below. - Attention to Detail, such as monitoring and reporting on the status and progress of work to ensure deadlines and quality have been met. - Customer Service, such as working with technical experts and customers to create systems or enhancements to existing systems and/or IT business processes. - Oral Communication, such as coordinating the preparation, presentation and communication of work-related information. - Problem Solving, such as providing advice on work methods and assisting others in identifying the parameters of a viable solution. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12level for 52 weeks.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
